Qualifications: Proven track record of success in business development or sales within the packaging automation industry.

In-depth knowledge of packaging technologies, automation solutions, and market dynamics.

Strong network of industry contacts and relationships with key decision-makers.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent by experience.
