Job description Morgan Hunt is currently working with a London based Charity in search of two Direct Marketing Executives for Acquisition and Retention teams.

These are permanent, hybrid roles working from the Central London office, paying £ p/a plus benefits.

Role: Direct Marketing Executive Salary: £ p/a plus benefits Location: London/Hybrid Contract: Permanent Key responsibilities of the new Direct Marketing Executives: - To manage the delivery of either Acquisition of Retention campaigns start to finish, using data and insight to drive production.

- Work collaboratively with the data team to ensure effective use of supporter profiling for delivery across a range of campaigns.

- Work with the content team to research and develop products and user journeys.

- Track and collect KPI's, analyse trends and feed into the team's reports.

- Attract and retain existing supporters, providing the best customer journey, in line with the organisations fundraising strategies.

Previous experience of the new Direct Marketing Executives: - Experience working in a Charity, in direct marketing remit - Experience running end to end campaigns aimed at either Acquisition or Retention - Previous experience reading and collating data to utilise when working on campaigns - Experience in collaborating with internal teams such as the data and content teams - Positive, can do attitude and passion for direct marketing - Experience in a high volume environment The line manager is keen to speak to direct marketing experienced candidates as soon as possible.
