The Role: Play a pivotal role in driving the firm's growth and nurturing its relationships with sophisticated institutional investors.
Working closely with the leadership team, you will: Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract new investors, with a focus on institutional clients.
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing investors, ensuring transparent communication and exceptional client service.
Articulate the firm's unique investment strategy, performance, and value proposition effectively to prospective and existing clients.
Contribute to the preparation of high-quality marketing materials, investor updates, and presentations.
Act as a trusted representative of the firm at industry conferences, meetings, and events.
Key Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in a business development, sales, or investor relations role within the hedge fund or broader alternative investments industry.
A deep understanding of hedge fund strategies, particularly long/short equity or market-neutral approaches.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently.
A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors.
A self-starter with a strategic mindset and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
