We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our Performance team.

Reporting into the Senior Performance Manager the Performance Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in driving efficiency productivity and effectiveness of TALAs acquisition channels.

With a focus on paid acquisition channels the ideal candidate will be wellversed in the paid media landscape having had recent handson experience managing optimising and reporting on campaigns.

There will also be opportunity to widen your channel experience and get involved in the exciting growth trajectory of TALA.

Tasks Day to day this looks like Supporting the Senior Performance Manager on day to day tasks primarily within the acquisition functions of growth including but not limited to: Working closely with our performance agency on managing the day to day paid activity (PPC / Paid Social) and ensuring pacing is on track and targets are being met Working with internal content & design teams on preparing paid ad assets and sharing with relevant external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of new collection launches Supporting on weekly trade reporting and ad hoc data analysis Contributing to wider growth and acquisition projects such as new channel tests and market expansion Championing paid performance for TALA and becoming at one with our creative messaging targeting and campaign structure within our campaigns Requirements You should (must haves): Have 2 years hands on experience within at least one paid media function (PPC / Paid Social) having set up managed and optimised campaigns (you wont be managing ours day to day but you must understand how to QA campaign set up and analyse performance) Cross channel experience is a plus (i.e.

Paid Search and Paid Social) Have a thorough understanding of the paid media landscape best practices reporting channel uses platform updates and evolutions Have a thorough understanding of the nature of attribution and the conversation surrounding this (a plus if you have experience using thirdparty attribution tools) Be proficient in Excel (extracting analysing and presenting data) Be highly numerate and analytically minded dont be afraid to challenge if something doesnt look right Be ambitious and keen to learn about wider business growth and performance channels Be a selfstarter wellorganised and have a keen attention to detail Work well within a team but also have drive to manage and execute personal workload Nice to have: Performance agency background Experience using Shopify Experience or understanding of website CRO Benefits Competitive salary Fun energised startup working culture A sense of mission and contribution to the greater good Mondays and Fridays usually remote Tues Thurs at our Vauxhall office Half day Fridays (most of the time) 25 days AL Clothing allowance and discount on the best athleisure in the game Beautiful and bright offices in a historic building in central London (near Vauxhall) with other startups on site Our shopping habits are driven by global powerhouse fast fashion brands churning out hundreds of thousands of cheap clothes every day telling us we must shop and wear the latest styles.
