At Anglian, we’re all about helping dental professionals find the right refurbishment, equipment, and service solutions to keep their practices running smoothly. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on Internal Sales Lead to take charge of lead generation, qualification, and early-stage sales engagement, while supporting our wider sales and marketing efforts.
This is an office-based role where you'll be right at the heart of our sales activity, identifying new opportunities, following up on inbound inquiries, and helping to shape and improve our internal sales processes. You’ll be working closely with the marketing, field sales, and service teams to turn interest into lasting customer relationships, while keeping our CRM data sharp and our communication clear and consistent.
We’re looking for someone who leads by doing. Someone who’s happy to pick up the phone, fine-tune qualification tools, share best practices, and help us continuously improve how we handle and convert leads. If you’ve got B2 B sales experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Qualification
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing leads via phone and email
- Research and identify prospective dental practices who would benefit from being on a service contract maintenance agreement for their dental equipment
- Monitor online resources and industry sources for potential leads
- Qualify and route leads to the next stage using grading tool
Internal Sales
- Actively use all communication channels to secure new service contract business against agreed targets
- Collaborate closely with field sales, marketing, and service teams to progress opportunities
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce CRM to track activity and performance
- Support the sales support team in preparing quotes, proposals, and product information
Customer Engagement
- Conduct regular check-in calls and emails to existing clients to identify new needs or referral opportunities
- Help manage ongoing relationships and ensure client satisfaction during early engagement
- Support bookings and follow-up for CPD training and events
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activity and report relevant insights to sales and marketing
- Support campaign execution by providing feedback on messaging and lead quality
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills, especially in managing client relationships via phone and email
- Comfortable working with CRMs like Salesforce to manage contacts, leads, and sales activity
- Highly organised and process-driven, with attention to detail and follow-through
- A proactive team player who can take initiative and support wider business development goals
- Proven experience in B2 B internal sales (required)
- Familiarity with the healthcare or dental sector is an advantage, but not essential
