Following continued demand of their products & services, this employer has created an excellent opportunity for an Mechanical Assembler to join their team on an initial contract basis for 8 months (this could be extended or even be offered as permanent, but this is not guaranteed). This Mechanical Assembler is based in Aberdeen, meaning that the successful individual will easily be able to surrounding towns & cities including Inverurie, Ellon, Stonehaven and Banchory. Key responsibilities of the Mechanical Assembler will include: Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret mechanical drawings to guide assembly processes accurately. Assembly and Repair: Position components for assembly and conduct repairs as necessary, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Quality Reporting: Regularly report on the quality issues encountered during day-to-day assembly and fitting of ISE product lines. Efficient Problem Solving: Actively participate in on-time assembly by employing specific techniques, innovative idea generation, and efficient problem-solving methods. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a team of manufacturing technicians to maintain high-quality standards, aiming for products to meet expectations right the first time and on schedule.
