Learn all about food development in a hands-on role developing delicious, nutritious products.

This is a hands-on food development role where you will be creating products with a focus on health and nutrition.

You’ll spend time in the development kitchen, developing recipes, making product samples, and assessing cooking times.

You’ll liaise with suppliers, obtaining ingredients, packaging and product specifications.

You’ll ensure recipes are correctly costed to be commercially viable and calculate all nutritional data.

Once products are approved, you’ll support the transition into the production team and assist with factory trials.

The role also involves supporting with customer presentations.

It’s a varied role that will use your creative skills in the kitchen, interpersonal skills with customers and ability to accurately record all required data.

This is a great opportunity if you are a graduate looking to commence your career in Product Development.

A degree isn’t essential though – you could also have some culinary or food manufacturing experience and be super keen to work in NPD.

If you’re passionate about food and hungry to learn, you’ll get excellent training with a thorough induction and ongoing development plan.

You’ll be joining a small and super-supportive NPD team where everyone rolls up their sleeves.

It’s a mainly site based role with some travel as required so a driving licence and car is preferred.
