The Business:
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the London office. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining a productive and positive working environment, supporting leadership, and ensuring all office operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all office operations, including supplies, equipment, tech, facilities, and vendor relationships
- Act as the main point of contact for building management and service providers
- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained office environment
- Oversee meeting room bookings, IT and AV setup, and visitor management
- Manage office budget and expense tracking
- Organise and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Support HR and onboarding processes for new joiners (e.g. desk setup, access passes, welcome packs)
- Develop and maintain office policies, procedures, and health & safety compliance
- Liaise with IT and external providers to resolve tech-related issues
- Support senior leadership with administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager in financial services
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health & safety and facilities management is a plus
