About the role: Based in Central London (hybrid): Deliver a complete learning needs analysis Design a councillor development strategy Implement and deliver a councillor development programme Draw on best practices published by the LGA and fulfilling the requirements of the LGA’s Councillor Development Charter About you: You will have the following experiences: Expertise in learning and development Previous experience working with councillors and senior officers Previous project management experience Local Authority experience is extremely beneficial What’s on offer: Salary: £500 per day, Inside IR35*negotiable based on experience*please submit your CV with the rate you require Hybrid working Contract type: 3-6 month minimum Hours: 09:00ach -17:00 Monday to Friday
