Our client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic trademark paralegal to join their team.

This opportunity provides direct access to the leadership team to help with your development and growth within this area of the law.

The key responsibilities of the role: Supporting the preparation and submission of trademark applications and opposition filings.

Monitoring the progress of trademarks from filing to registration.

Providing guidance on trademark opposition matters.

Drafting assignment agreements and related documentation.

Preparing standard correspondence for trademark applications and oppositions.

Conducting intellectual property (IP) searches.

Liaising with trademark registries and international attorneys.

Handling telephone inquiries related to trademarks.

Assisting with intellectual property research.

The ideal candidate will have the following: Excellent academics.

2+ years of experience as a trademark paralegal.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and adaptability skills.

Demonstrates enthusiasm for expanding knowledge in the field and taking on new and unfamiliar challenges.

Capable of fostering strong client connections, offering frequent updates and strategic recommendations.

Willingness to work overtime when the needs of the clients or firms dictate.
