A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a leading specialist law firm on a part-time basis (3 days a week).
This is a true generalist opportunity, and responsibilities will include: Providing support on a range of HR matters, including employment policies, performance management, and absence management.
Responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle processes covering new joiners, leavers, family leave and flexible working requests.
Recruitment: Assisting with speculative enquiries, collating CV’s, organising interviews and preparing offer paperwork.
Updating the HR system and assisting with ad hoc HR requests.
Key Skills Required: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Enthusiastic and committed approach to HR practices.
Proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
