We believe that by identifying your potential and investing in your future, you will be able to develop skills and gain the experience that will enrich your career prospects.Salary – £27,500 OTEBonus/CommissionTraining/Qualification Opportunities31 Days Paid Annual Leave (Including Bank Holidays)Preferential rates for servicing, MOTs and partsFantastic discounts on vehicles salesAccess to a vehicle Flexi-lease affinity scheme through SOGO www.sogomobility.co.ukPension schemeLife Insurance BenefitCycle To Work SchemeAssociate Award EventsLength of Service Recognition SchemeAssociate Assistance Programme (AAP) - Confidential access to a range of support and advice, including a confidential helpline, counselling sessions, access to a Doctor 24/7, physio advice and support from other Health Experts.Job RoleTo provide polite and courteous service to all external and internal guests, interpreting their requirements for various parts and developing business opportunities for the department, optimising the guest experience at all times.Key Responsibilities and Duties (list not exhaustive)To inform, promote and sell parts to external and workshop guests, making the most of opportunities via telephone and direct contact and ensuring guest demands are fulfilled.Accurately complete and store all paperwork, including picking slips, guest contact details, sales and lost sales information to ensure up-to-date guest information is available and accessible at all times.Check all parts returned by guests for damage and condition, noting down returns details and logging the parts back into the department.Maintain a tidy and organised stock warehouse, arranging stock as per guest and workshop requests.Update and maintain parts literature and related information to promote a speedy and effective service for all guests.Maintain an accurate account of stock via stock check and booking out procedures of parts.Plan and establish parts displays to ensure they are up-to-date and professional.Process invoices for the purchase of parts to ensure the prompt receipt of payments when applicable.Establish and maintain effective working relations with colleagues, other departments and suppliers to further the successful operation of the department.Work PatternThis is a permanent full-time position:Monday – Friday (08:00 – 18:00)Saturdays on rota basis of 1 in 2Successful applicants will possess and be able to offer;Full UK Driving Licence with no major endorsements.Previous experience within this position or similar is desirable but not essential.Franchise experience is desirableExcellent customer service experience and the ability to handle conflicting demandsPossess excellent communication, organisation an inter-personal skillsBe enthusiastic, respectful and friendly to guests and colleagues.Possess a positive / can-do attitude.Have the passion and ability to deliver an outstanding guest experience.Possess high levels of integrity and drive to succeed.Computer literate, including Microsoft Office
