Payroll Analyst – £40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus – West London Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name in financial services on the recruitment of a Payroll Analyst to join on a permanent basis.

Our client is seeking and individuals who values an office based role (this role is requiring 4/5 days per week in the office with flexibility as and when required)The Role: Ensure compliance with all payroll and tax regulations, including PSA, P11 D, P60, and international equivalents.

Lead payroll system upgrades and implementations, overseeing technology selection and best practice process rollout.

Process payrolls across the UK & globally.

Provide guidance on technical payroll matters, such as termination payments, benefits, and statutory payments.

Manage relationships with external payroll vendors, employees, and other benefit providers.

Analyze data to address and resolve commission queries.

Skills required: 1+ years of solid UK payroll exposure Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
