Coventry City Council is a metropolitan council providing services to the citizens of Coventry.
We have 54 councillors who represent 18 wards across the city. The Conservative group is in control of the council with 27 councillors while Labour make up 24 of the council's membership. Two council members represent the Socialists, and one represents the Liberal Democratic Party.
