Principal/Senior Structural Engineer - Join Our Growing Team!Esjay Engineering is seeking a talented and motivated Principal or Senior Structural Engineer to lead our structural design department. We are a dynamic multidisciplinary firm specializing in a wide range of services, including structural design, temporary works, structural strengthening and structural assessments. Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in structural design from small private jobs to multi story frames, across various materials (RC, steel, timber, masonry). Structural strengthening experience would be a plus.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Chartered ICE or IStruct E preferred
• Driving licence and car optional

We offer a competitive salary between £50-60k per annum plus bonuses. Hybrid working arrangements, with the offices been in Wapping near Tower bridge.
