About the Process Manager role
We are searching for an experienced Process Manager to join us in our London office. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with stakeholders at every level to dissect organisational processes and identify strategic avenues for automation and process enhancement. Your key contributions will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, optimising customer experiences, bolstering our control framework and streamlining operational efficiencies.
You'll team up with experienced change facilitators and third-party experts, ensuring the seamless implementation of our innovations across the organisation.
What the Process Manager will do
Leveraging Six Sigma principles to pinpoint and enhance our organizational processes, orchestrating seamless coordination among stakeholder groups.Crafting meticulous documentation, you'll offer clear insights into current processes, identifying areas for refinement, automation, and optimization.Diving deep into data analysis, employing your expertise to glean actionable insights and garner support from key stakeholders. Your adeptness in data collection and analysis will be instrumental in establishing robust measurement systems to track process performance metrics.Leading cross-organizational efforts to drive process improvements, employing lean principles to eliminate inefficiencies and streamline operations. Your role will be pivotal in fostering consensus and implementing impactful changes that align with organizational goals.Taking charge as a project manager, meticulously planning timelines, resource allocation, and project milestones. Collaborating closely with change and third-party teams, you'll ensure smooth implementation and stakeholder engagement throughout the process.Overseeing post-implementation reviews, evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives and identifying opportunities for further enhancement.Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices, serving as a trusted advisor on Six Sigma methodologies. Proven experience as a Six Sigma Process Analyst or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering tangible and lasting cross organisational improvement projectsCertification in Six Sigma methodology (ideally Six Sigma Black Belt)Experience with Power BI, Visio or similar toolsExposure to implementations of automation and toolingStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deal with both technical and non-technical colleaguesStrong project management skills with the ability to lead and drive cross-functional teams to achieve project objectivesA methodical approach with keen attention to detailAbility to multi-task and prioritise workload with strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing workDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
