Process Operative Temporary to Permanent We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a process operative in our state-of-the-art alcohol manufacturing facility.

If you have experience working within a fast paced, physically demanding food manufacturing industry this could be the role for you!Why work with us?- Cutting edge and modern technology, working with the latest equipment and innovative process in the industry.- Great team culture with family values, a supportive and dynamic team who value collaboration and personal development- Opportunities for training and developing skills Key duties:- Fermentation preparation and monitoring of alcohol, including mixing and cleaning- Monitoring multiple sections within the plant, making adjustments as per requirements and specifications- Manually lift and pull objects- Ensure all processes are carried out in accordance with procedures and specifications- Documentation to keep track of processes and use of computers and Microsoft Excel Requirements:- Knowledge of food manufacturing- Confidence with mathematics and ability to work independently- Comfortable to work 50% indoors and 50% outdoors- Ability to manually lift and pull up to 25kg as well as be consistently on your feet Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rotational shift:06:00am - 14:00pm14:00pm - 22:00pm The rate of pay for the successful Process Operative is £13.02 per hour.
