Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Location: Barton-Upon-Humber (5 days a week on-site) Salary: £40,000-£55,000 We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to lead a Planner Development team. This role will be pivotal in managing the daily operations and maintenance of CAD Software, while also overseeing cross-functional projects. There will be genuine opportunities to progress your career in this role. Our client is constantly investing in growing their business, from their future £120million investment at the Head Office as well as their big plans to add more showrooms across the UK plus other global locations! Ideal Qualities: In-depth knowledge of CAD software and industry trends. Strong understanding of user-centred design principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with CAD software tools and technologies is preferred. Lead the internal team consisting of analysts, administrators, and automation testers. Define and prioritise feature requests, enhancements, and bug fixes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the internal team consisting of analysts, administrators, and automation testers. Manage medium to large-scale, complex projects in collaboration with different business areas and third parties Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business requirements.
