Project Manager - Real Estate London Based We are delighted to have been retained by a privately owned Development firm with a track record of delivering successful projects throughout London and the South-East spanning sectors including Residential (for sale, build to rent, student), Retail, Mixed-Use, Industrial, and Regeneration.

The Role They are looking to expand their London development team by appointing a Project Manager who will join their close-knit team as a key team player and will actively lead some of their most exciting and challenging projects.

Every day will be different, from helping to lead a planning and pre-construction process to assembling and leading the design team and on-site elements, you will be responsible for the success of a project through to customer handover and beyond.

This role will allow you to grow your own skill set and experience to move into a more senior role and lead a team in the future.

What do you need to bring? Experience as a Project Manager working hand in hand with a Developer/Client who has been involved in design team meetings, and stakeholder engagement.

The ability to lead a scheme while driving the business plan's profitability and the end product's quality.

Social Chameleon – being able to build rapport with the team but also with clients.
