We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join one of the world’s most influential professional institutes for the advertising, marketing and communication industries as a Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally while independently managing projects from conception through to execution. You’ll play a key role in collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to deliver results that meet goals and align with industry standards. The position will suit someone with some previous project coordination or PA experience, ideally within an agency setting, looking to progress their career into project & event management. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with internal teams and external clients. Manage and execute projects across various teams including web, PR, comms, events, PD, and insight. Deliver activities within budget, monitor spend, and ensure effective use of resources. Liaise across departments to ensure seamless project execution and collaboration. Independently manage and execute projects while prioritising tasks to meet deadlines. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, issues, and best practices. Attend and represent the company at external events, conferences, and other relevant functions. Support the wider team with organisational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations. About You: Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels A collaborative and sociable individual who thrives in a team environment and can navigate multiple departments. Excellent organisational, administrative, and time-management skills. Passionate about the advertising and marketing industry, with a good understanding of current trends and challenges. Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure, with a can-do attitude. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with stakeholders. A good sense of humour and a team player who contributes to a positive, collaborative work environment Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
