Description

Behaviorally seeks a driven, forward-thinking, organized project manager to join our operation team. As Project Manager, your primary responsibility is managing all project coordination, from stimuli development to quantitative and qualitative research project field activities. This includes accountability and oversight of budget management, ensuring timely project completion, and coordination with stakeholders such as clients, research teams, and vendors. Responsibilities: Project Planning: outlining/ updating (in our management platform) the stim development & fieldwork timeline, developing the budget (by providing RFQ), and determining the resources required. Resource Management: managing and negotiating with vendors, determining, and obtaining the appropriate equipment and materials required for a successful project. Budget Management: monitoring and controlling expenses and proactively managing costs to ensure the project stays within the budget. Keep track of project cost vs. budget (stim & field) Project Monitoring: managing project performance against the project plan, identifying and independently resolving issues, and taking corrective action to ensure the project stays on track. Update KPI (number & reasons) of tools used & project compliance. Quality Control: Ensuring that the project meets high-quality standards, which includes adhering to research methodologies, maintaining accurate data, and complying with Behaviorally standards. Skill Set Required Using our tools & adhere to Behaviorally vision. Marketing research background is preferred. Experience with digital assets and planogram building Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness. Microsoft proficient: Excel, PPT Strong internal/external client management skills Ability to work independently and exercise discretion and judgment in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Time management, managing tasks effectively, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines. Problem-Solving: must be able to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively, Organized Multi-tasking Experience with the following is a plus… Decipher, data collection platform.
