PURPOSE: To deliver projects on budget and reviewing risks and opportunities to eliminate impact throughout the project life cycle. KEY RESULT AREAS: Create and maintain Client and Subcontract relationships. Have a clear understanding of DLL projects and work with the project managers to resolve issues. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure that the business is seeking maximum returns where possible. Undertake monthly project reporting and report accordingly Keep up to date with the latest industry and commercial changes (CPD) Essential Requirements: Quantity Surveying Degree Qualification NEC3/4 Contract experience Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft Software (Word and Excel) Strong organisational skills. Effective communication skills Flexible and adaptable.
