A fantastic law firm based in Gloucestershire are seeking a talented individual to join their residential conveyancing team.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 5+ years of experience, although candidates outside of these requirements are also encouraged to apply.

The team assist a diverse clientele, ranging from first-time buyers to seasoned buy-to-let investors.

As a senior member of the team, you will be working autonomously on your own matters whilst helping more junior members of the team with theirs and providing training where necessary.

Your responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of residential property matters, including the sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold properties.

Advising clients on equity release, re-mortgages, transfers of title, and declaration of trust.

Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to ensure accurate advice and representation.

Overseeing and mentoring junior members of the conveyancing team.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.

Requirements: Solid understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.

Proven track record of managing a caseload independently and efficiently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Previous experience in mentoring junior staff members is desirable but not essential.
