The Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be integral in providing the warm welcome and outstanding service that our hotel is known for.
This role combines front-of-house reception duties with essential administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handling bookings and payments accurately.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
- Assist guests with inquiries, providing local knowledge and hotel information to enhance their stay.
- Maintain and update booking systems, records, and databases.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest requests and needs are met promptly.
What Were Looking For: - Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or administration is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including booking software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
