Due to the continued growth of the business I am now looking to recruitment an additional Recruitment Consultant & Senior Recruitment Consultant to support develop and grow relationships with a range of clients throughout the region. Main responsibilities Servicing new and existing clients and liaising with staff at various levels. Develop excellent relationships with all key contacts. Business development Ensure you provide high level candidate care, as you take them through the recruitment process. Complete a range of telephone screening and interviewing Complete compliance checks and duties. Ensure all client information is accurately recorded onto the company database system. Provide a high level of customer service at all times. Must have Previous sales, recruitment experience is essential. Able to work in a fast-moving target driven environment. Possess drive, tenacity and be hard working. Naturally customer orientated. Driving licence In return You will be offered a highly competitive basic salary.
