Role: Salesforce Business Analyst (Core Cloud)
Day Rate: £500/day
IR35: Outside IR35
Contract: 6 months (potential to extend)
Location: Hybrid – offices in Northern England and London
Travel: Occasional travel between sites as needed
We’re working with a global retail leader who is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support a major transformation project.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements
- Translating business needs into Salesforce functionality (Core Cloud focus)
- Working closely with stakeholders across multiple departments
- Supporting UAT, training, and adoption activities
- Acting as the bridge between technical teams and business users
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with strong Core Cloud knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to work across complex enterprise environments
- Retail sector experience is a big plus
- Salesforce certifications (BA, Admin, or Consultant) highly desirable
