What you’ll be involved in: Supporting customers, colleagues and passengers with a range of queries ranging from, but not limited to; technical, contractual, repairs and major breakdowns. Act accordingly - listen to your customer to understand their needs and providing the best solution. Have a “right first time” approach in resolving passenger and customer complaints/issues. React to sudden breakdowns, working with our team of field based engineers and service delivery managers to resolve urgent issues. What you’ll need: Strong communication skills, both verbally and written. Proven experience dealing with a high workload, able to work both proactively and reactively to resolve external complaints. Great customer services skills, weather gained within the hospitality or retail sectors. As long as you can understand, empathies and provide a customer focused journey. Have a “right first time” mentality, looking to go above a beyond to rectify any problems.
