This leading law firm has a number of opportunities in its national offices based in Manchester, Birmingham and the South West. The firm can also offer fully remote opportunities.
The RTA litigation team advises leading insurers and self-insured corporates on a range of litigated and pre-litigated fast track and multi track work. These roles are perfect for Paralegals or Litigation Executives ready to step up from portal work to litigated claims or who already have small claims and fast track litigation experience.

- Manage your own caseload of small claims and fast-track RTA files
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, and court documents
- Liaise with counsel, insurers, and claimant solicitors
- Assess special damages and prepare cases for trial
Small claims and fast track experience
✅ Experience in small claims, fast-track, or RTA litigation
✅ MOJ/OIC Portal experience welcome (full training provided)
✅ Confident communicator with strong drafting skills
✅ Ambition to build a long-term career in personal injury litigation
