About The Role: We're looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our dynamic sales teams across Cardiff, North Wales, and Leeds.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage a team of 20 (with 4 direct reports), and ensure the achievement of our ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, ensuring cohesive and high-performing output.

Sales Management: Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets, and drive revenue growth.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Reporting & Analysis: Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive sales performance.

What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably as a Sales Director.

Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and driving growth.

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
