Signature Career Management has partnered with a premium snacking brand who are looking for a UK Sales Manager.

The business has been driving forward its direct-to-store business model in Ireland and is exporting on a small scale to the UK, France and Germany.

The UK is the number one strategic priority market for the business and the Company is seeking to hire a UK Sales Manager to drive UK expansion and demand for the brand.

So, what will the UK Sales Manager role look like? We are looking for a professional, tenacious, self-motivated UK Sales Manager who is passionate about the product and proposition to drive commercial growth in the UK market.

We are a business that takes pride in our work and sees huge potential to get our premium hand-held snacking brand into many channels of the UK market.

and execute the UK go-to-market sales strategy into the key channels of interest (Convenience, Cash & Carry, Multiple Retail, Vending, Pubs, Travel Retail, Food-to-Go, etc.).

~ the brand within the UK market and nurture customers from awareness to purchase and fulfilment (account management), developing strong customer relationships along the way.

~ responsibility for managing P+L, margin, and all commercial and financial deliverables that you would expect from a commercial role in FMCG.

~& External stakeholder management on the commercial and supply chain aspect of the business.

~ able to spot commercial trends and use commercial information across your commercial activity.

~ and deliver full sales reporting.

~ track record of developing business and/or driving sales for a new product into the market.

tenacious attitude and desire to succeed and drive commercial impact to the business, taking pride in results and HOW you get them.

working on premium/premium-mainstream products that are sold on their features and benefits, not just their brand name or price.

determined, self-starter, who can go out and identify opportunities and build and deliver existing and new accounts.
