Insignia are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible for acquiring and executing sales in their allocated region across Insignia’s card value propositions.
This can include both corporate and consumer card programs.
The role requires you to play a fundamental part in the development of future acquisition, focusing on increasing market share within our niche industry and ensuring you meet the required sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: To market and sell Insignia’s products through your own leads.
To carry out new business development through networking and other direct means.
Coordinate all sales updates with team members and relevant stakeholders.
Accurate sales reporting in weekly sales meetings focused on your sales pipeline.
Identify potential new clients in the marketplace.
Continuous analysis of new markets and opportunities.
Suggest and propose innovative ideas to increase sales and improve the client experience.
Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies.
Comply with all training requirements including product, sales skills, sales management, operational including systems and compliance.
Represent the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
Professional Requirements: Fluent English and an additional language is an advantage.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales understanding customer needs and offer solutions and support.
Excellent proposal and presentation development skills including the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team in a target driven environment.
Previous experience in b2b or b2c sales.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build rapport with strategic partners for the distribution of the company’s products in accordance with the Sales Strategy to ensure all leads are actioned and the required conversion rates achieved.
Proven track record of successfully exceeding sales targets.
A deep understanding of the market/industry and be able to apply this understanding while performing the day-to-day activities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Previous exposure to UHNWI / strong connections will be beneficial for this role.
