Exciting Sales Leadership role with a leading built environment saas business, looking for a successful software leader to head up a high performing team The Company: Wide product suite for engineering, construction, manufacturing, distribution Partner for one of the largest manufacturing software businesses in the world Leader in the European market Customers include household names like Dyson & Rolls Royce 500+ employees and over 1500+ clients Start up environment with limited red tape and plenty of room to grow up the business The Role: Managing a high performing sales team Responsible for the overall target of the team Coaching and development Attend prospect/customer meetings when required to support/develop individuals Support recruitment and hiring process Monitor and manage activity levels per salesperson Creation, development and management of salesperson’s territory plan Drive initiatives and activities to achieve individual and team targets Weekly sales meetings with team Up to £60k base, £120k OTE + car allowance The Candidate: Experience leading a technology sales team Strong sales skills with proven ability in new business wins Ability to sell complex solutions Experience selling to senior management Knowledge of the Engineering/Manufacturing industry Minimum 5 year’s sales experience with a proven track record of success Hybrid role
