Overview
Castleview Cars is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products. This senior role oversees the sales department and manages two Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily sales operations and performance
Train and supervise Sales Executives
Structure and manage compliant F&I products
Assist with complex or high-value deals
Work closely with the Managing Director on targets and strategy
Maintain FCA-compliant processes
Produce monthly sales performance reports
Requirements
Motor trade management experience essential
Strong F&I knowledge (HP, PCP, warranties, GAP etc.)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Target-driven, organised, and professional
Full UK driving licence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
