On the back of continued growth we are seeking an experienced sales manager to take on a team of inside sales professionals responsible for pipeline generation and customer research.
You will be working in a coaching capacity, mentoring and training your team for personal and professional growth.
Whilst there is no personal contribution target attached to this role, you will be expected to assist and if necessary, as well as running regular product and sales training sessions, working closely with marketing to define target campaigns.
Team experience varies from graduate to experienced sales professionals selling their full range of cloud based HR Saa S solutions and consultancy services.
You will be responsible for identifying account growth strategies and recruiting accordingly into the team as well as managing any performance management issues should they arise.
