Senior Sales Executive – Counter Drone / C-UAS

£80,000 Basic + £60,000 OTE + Benefits

Are you an experienced Senior Sales Executive with a strong track record in Counter Drone (C-UAS) solutions ? Do you have a passion for new business development and a deep understanding of selling into the defence or private sectors ? The Role:

As a Senior Sales Executive , you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the UK and internationally. This is a hunter role, where you will identify and engage key decision-makers in defence, critical infrastructure, and private security sectors . You will leverage your technical knowledge and consultative sales skills to position industry-leading Counter Drone solutions .

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a new business sales strategy for Counter-UAS solutions.
• Identify and engage with key stakeholders within the defence and private security sectors .
• Build strong relationships with government agencies, military, and private organisations .
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing high-value deals .
• Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and product teams , to provide tailored solutions.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging threats in the C-UAS space.

About You:

• Proven track record in B2 B sales with experience in Counter Drone / C-UAS solutions .
• Strong experience selling into the defence, security, or private sector markets .
• A self-motivated, results-driven approach with a hunter mentality .
• Ability to engage and influence C-suite decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work remotely while managing a strong sales pipeline.
