Senior Director - Health Economic Modelling An exciting leadership opportunity to join one of the most well established and reputable health economic modelling teams worldwide. You will be joining a highly reputable scientific consultancy, with flexible and collaborative culture, with a focus on high quality & results. Also on offer: High remote flexibility and flexible working hours to support work life balance and commitments outside of work Multiple UK/EU office locations available Structured and concise onboarding, shadowing and training setting people up for long term success Above average employee benefits & salary (including significant equity/share options of a high value stock) Impressively low staff turn over and a proven track record of people progressing up the company ladder The chance to publish and lead on/contribute to thought leadership pieces, representing the company at international conferences and events, which is hugely important to the team The role: A senior, technical position where you'll still be 'hands on' in building/adapting a variety of health economic models, overseeing teams of Modellers, being the SME internally & externally Line management is optional (desirable, but not essential for those who enjoy focusing primarily on technical project work) You will support BD/sales by scoping out needs with clients, offered a tailored solution, developing proposals, responding to client requests, etc. Desired Profile: - 10+ years consultancy experience (client facing + project management skills desirable, and very experienced academic backgrounds strongly considered) - Proven track record of building and delivering Health Economic modelling projects - Experience using other simulation and/or decision-analysis software (Excel, VBA, R etc.) - PhD/MSc in Health Economics, Statistics or relevant field - Prior line management & client management experience highly desirable, as is prior experience in managing large budgets, taking the lead on proposals, enjoying the entrepreneurial challenge (in this case, with a fantastic brand name to utilise!)
