Responsibilities Conduct proactive research to identify potential candidates for open positions Utilize various sourcing methods such as online job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms to identify qualified candidates Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs Screen and pre-qualify candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each position Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates Utilize applicant tracking system to track sourcing and recruitment activities Requirements 1 year of experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of success in proactive sourcing Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
