Full time position, working week Wednesday to Sunday, weekend work is an essential part of this position Duties & Responsibilities as a Sous Chef Assist & Support the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen Assisting with the ordering of, close management of stock & labour efficiency Ensuring all Health & Hygiene procedures are implemented & continually adhered to Competent & confident in training new staff Ability to learn & understand new cooking techniques As a Sous Chef, in return you will receive: a competitive salary up to 28,000 depending on experience Two days of a week 28 days holiday Free food on shift Experience preferred for Sous Chef: Chef - 1 year (Preferred) Sous Chef - 1 year (Preferred) The is a train station near to us and also car parking (depending on availability) AMRT1_UKCT
