You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £37,261 per annum (pay award pending). About the Team Leader - Income Recovery role: Are you looking to broaden your experience and step into an exciting new role? We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to work in our Income Recovery Team. Your role is to support the Tenancy Services Team Manager in delivering a first class, efficient, customer focused and responsive Income Recovery service. You will be supervising a team of 8 which includes Income Officers, Money Management Advisors and an Apprentice, therefore, you will have good knowledge of housing law, experience of leading teams and achieving results. As our Team Leader - Income Recovery, you will have substantial experience in social housing, rent income collection/recovery and in the delivery and development of a high-quality service.
