Are you a technically skilled problem solver who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join our our team as a Professional Services Technical Engineer on a fixed term basis, where you will ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction by leading data transfers and supporting professional services projects. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our data migration tools, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating across teams to deliver seamless solutions for our customers.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage data transfers within the professional services team
Maintain and improve the. NET-based split tool for migrations
Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Dev, and Dev Ops teams
Perform thorough pre- and post-migration testing
Generate accurate reports on migration outcomes
Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers and support teams
Reproduce issues, identify root causes, and escalate complex problems
Provide clear instructions to customers for temporary fixes
Contribute to documentation, knowledge bases, and troubleshooting guides
Escalate critical issues to senior technical staff with detailed recommendations What You'll Bring:
Strong SQL skills, including query writing and use within C#/. NET
Experience with relational/No SQL database testing and SQL Server Management Studio
Basic C#/. NET programming and OOP knowledge
Proven technical support experience, ideally in Saa S or software development
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and CRM tools like Hub Spot
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script, and Microsoft Azure
Experience with TDD, BDD, and unit testing frameworks (Spec Flow, MS Test, XUnit)
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively What We Offer: 
A base salary of up to £30,000 - £40,000 and bonus depending on experience
