Head of Cyber Threat Intelligence

London (Hybrid)

Up to £160,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and provide comprehensive cybersecurity training programs to diverse clientele, tailored to specific target audiences.
  • Collaborate with customers to perform cybersecurity portfolio assessments, identifying potential weaknesses, and suggesting actionable improvement strategies.
  • Generate and circulate monthly/quarterly newsletters, threat notifications, and advisories, offering timely insights into emerging risks and best practices.
  • Develop customized scenarios for clients and reinsurers to assess the resilience of their portfolios and mitigate potential setbacks.
  • Assist in negotiations with reinsurers and alternative capital providers to substantiate risk evaluations.
  • Keep abreast of emerging cyber threats, attack methodologies, and industry trends to enhance the quality and relevance of educational materials and advisories.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert in the field of cybersecurity.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and portfolio evaluations, continually enhancing content and methodologies.
  • Remain informed about evolving regulatory prerequisites and compliance standards within the cybersecurity domain to ensure service alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate threat intelligence insights into broader risk management and insurance strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline. An advanced degree is a valuable asset.
  • Substantial professional experience in the realm of cybersecurity and threat intelligence, displaying a proven history of leadership.
  • Profound technical comprehension of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
  • Proven experience in the creation and delivery of cybersecurity training programs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an aptitude for conveying intricate technical concepts clearly.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking.
  • Display an empathetic and customer-centric attitude, with the capability to establish robust relationships.
