Head of Cyber Threat Intelligence
London (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and provide comprehensive cybersecurity training programs to diverse clientele, tailored to specific target audiences.
- Collaborate with customers to perform cybersecurity portfolio assessments, identifying potential weaknesses, and suggesting actionable improvement strategies.
- Generate and circulate monthly/quarterly newsletters, threat notifications, and advisories, offering timely insights into emerging risks and best practices.
- Develop customized scenarios for clients and reinsurers to assess the resilience of their portfolios and mitigate potential setbacks.
- Assist in negotiations with reinsurers and alternative capital providers to substantiate risk evaluations.
- Keep abreast of emerging cyber threats, attack methodologies, and industry trends to enhance the quality and relevance of educational materials and advisories.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert in the field of cybersecurity.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and portfolio evaluations, continually enhancing content and methodologies.
- Remain informed about evolving regulatory prerequisites and compliance standards within the cybersecurity domain to ensure service alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate threat intelligence insights into broader risk management and insurance strategies.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline. An advanced degree is a valuable asset.
- Substantial professional experience in the realm of cybersecurity and threat intelligence, displaying a proven history of leadership.
- Profound technical comprehension of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
- Proven experience in the creation and delivery of cybersecurity training programs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an aptitude for conveying intricate technical concepts clearly.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking.
