My client is looking for a Business Analyst with a deep understanding of Data Transformation in a fast-paced large scale environment. You will have knowledge of AI use cases and key concepts for future development. The Business Analyst will be responsible for capturing, analyzing, and documenting detailed requirements for all initiatives within the program. Responsibilities: Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding across data technology, analytics, and product data teams. Data Strategy Alignment: Translate high-level data strategy into actionable, detailed requirements that guide program delivery. Qualifications: Strong expertise in business analysis methodologies (e.g., BABOK, Agile, Waterfall). Familiarity with data management concepts, including data modeling, governance, pipelines, and analytics. Proficient in creating detailed technical documentation such as requirements documents, process flows, and data dictionaries. Advanced skills in tools like Jira, Confluence, and other documentation platforms. Solid understanding of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data technologies (e.g., Snowflake, SQL). Knowledge of cloud platforms and ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus. Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Knowledge within a highly regulated fast-paced environment would be highly desirable.
