83zero is partnering with a growing IT Solutions Provider that is looking for German Speaking IT professionals who are interested in joining their Technical Pre-Sales Consultant team on a remote basis in the UK.

Our client is an independent organisation, who specialise in providing IT solutions across the world.

We’re looking for individuals from a technical background or have pre-sales experience or are interested in breaking into a full Technical Pre-Sales role.

Your Responsibilities Providing technical presales support by telephone, email and online assistance.

Working on projects, performing scoping, sizing and planning on technical requirements.

Attending joint onsite/remote meetings and conference calls to help with technical queries.

Performing online training, demonstrations and webinars.

Creating and running hands-on technical workshops, attending exhibitions and regional conferences.

Assisting with the completion of tenders.

Evaluating, testing and performing competitive analysis of software and hardware products and solutions.

Creating and proof-reading documentation including product manuals, brochures, training guides and white papers.

Communicating customer’s technical requirements to the Installation Planning Team prior to implementation.

Performing technical testing to simulate the use of our clients products in customers’ environments to facilitate sales.

Training Channel Partner Managers on technical and functional aspects of the company’s software.

Your Experience Experience working in a technical pre-sales role, or you have experience working in a technical position (such as Tech Support) and you want to break into a tech pre-sales roles.

Experience working with Windows Server, Active Directory and fundamental knowledge of Networking You’re an excellent communicator, who loves to help customer solve their IT problems with market leading solutions You have a desire to learn and develop.

Having all the technical knowledge isn’t essential, but an interest in technology and learn new IT software products is key.

If you have experience with any Print Management Software such as Paper Cut, Equitrac, Ysoft, My Q etc… that would be beneficial, but not essential If you have any exposure with Mac OSX or Linux, that would be beneficial, but not essential Any experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, would be beneficial, but not essential Ready to Apply?
