Due to our ongoing expansion, we are seeking telesales professionals to join our dynamic sales team.
Job role
The Telesales Advisor will focus on converting referrals into cases, capitalising on every opportunity provided by our estate agent partners (no cold calling involved). You will promote the firms conveyancing products and services to potential clients and nurture ongoing relationships with estate agents.
Key Requirements:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents providing referrals
- Provide regular feedback to estate agents and address any arising issues
- Contact newly referred clients to advise and sell the firms conveyancing products and services, aiming to convert them into cases
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a unified approach towards common goals
- Contribute towards the company’s growth through a persuasive and consultative sales approach
Key Skills:
- At least 2 years’ of experience working within a telesales environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sales and target driven with enthusiasm and motivation to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in Estate Agency Sales or selling products/services to the Estate Agent Industry is preferred
