Career Makers Recruitment is currently looking for Tool maker for one of our clients based in Wigan, WN5 area.
We are looking for someone with the relevant experience in the following: * Experience with using manual milling machines * Time served apprentice, with good maths skills.
* Capable of reading and working to engineering drawings.
* Capable of working independently using their own initiative.
* Must have good attention to detail and be able to work to a consistent standard.
* Good communicator and team worker * Hold a recognized apprenticeship in a precision engineering environment.
* Proven experience of using Manual Lathes, Milling and Grinding machines and has excellent bench skills.
* The development and the assembly of Injection and Blow Mould Tools by studying engineering assembly drawings and Computer Models and applying knowledge of materials, machining and assembly methods.
Working hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4pm, Friday 7:30am – 3pm Payrate: £18 per hour If you are interested in the role, and have the relevant experience please apply with your CV or give us a call on (phone number removed)
