My international client is currently actively looking for a high achieving Senior Business Development professional who has strong experience within the Fleet Management Solutions sector for their open Business Development Director opportunity.
This isn’t a role where you’ll be guiding a team to success but one where you’ll be personally actively searching and building a strong sales pipeline. The business has teams across the UK and internationally which you can draw upon but my client wants an extremely tenacious and self-driven Business Development Director who can continue to grow the UK market share as well as bring on new Channel Partners across Europe.
Sales Director Package:
- £90,000 - £110,000 (flexible to the individual and what they bring to the table)
- Strong commission structure
- Car Allowance

- Location can be anywhere in the UK
Sales Director Responsibilities:
- Seek, develop and close sales opportunities
- Able to travel abroad when needed
- Promptly qualify and develop inbound opportunities.
- Meet with and present to C-level, line-of-business executives and other key stakeholders.
- Exceed primary Annual Contract Value target plus contributory targets of connection volume, pilot provision and pipeline management
- Effective, consistent prioritisation with focus on the critical few.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver in line with customer expectations.
Experience Required:
- Experience in senior sales management from within the sector
- Preferred experience in selling into the Commercial fleet or Bus & Coach industry
- Willingness to travel
