Job Description Nursery Room Leader - Level 3 Salary: Up to £25,000 Full-Time Hours As a Nursery Room Leader you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children, leading a specific room within the nursery, and ensuring the well-being and holistic development of the children in their care.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes : Hold a Level 3 in Early Years or above Demonstrable experience working in a nursery setting, with a solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and its practical application.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team of early years practitioners and support staff effectively.

In-depth knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery.

Display a nurturing and inclusive approach to working with children, families, and colleagues to create a harmonious and supportive environment.

Able to effectively prioritize and manage workload, ensuring a balanced focus on providing a nurturing and educational environment for children.
