The role: Manage, lead and develop the health economic modelling, value and evidence teams Collaborate with senior leadership supporting growth strategy considering industry trends and innovations Take on a wealth of warm accounts and leverage your experience and network to help the business grow, with support from an established business development team with great resources Proposal development, pitch presentations and meetings Lead/Enhance team’s organsational strategy and manage internal resources and budgeting, ensuring a healthy work life balance and highly structured projects Help drive process improvements, templates, internal training Formal line management and coaching Drive a positive work environment and champion people development and training Ideal profile: 10-20 years HEOR consulting experience for the pharmaceutical industry Expertise in and understanding of the use of modelling in payer and HTA decision making Strong experience in and understanding of health economic modelling, value dossier development, HTA requirements, especially in UK and Europe Track record in line management, people development and successful mentorship Enjoys a 'building position' (with great foundations and resources in place already!)
