An exciting opportunity for a Video Editor has arisen to be based out of Fortescue’s London office.

Key Position Specific Responsibilities: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand video content design requirements.

Run the production process, taking an active role pre-production, brainstorming, story boarding, and planning shoots.

Edit a range of video content which is innovative and compelling, bringing campaigns and communications to life.

Ensure that all video assets are of a high-quality look and sound.

Contribute innovative ideas and techniques to enhance the visual quality and storytelling of assets.

To keep up to date with current video trends to see what other brands/creators are doing.

To use Fortescue systems and processes to make sure each project is carried out in a uniform way.

Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines Maximising opportunities to use AI where possible.

Experience Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field.

Strong experience in a similar role, this may be in-house or freelance.

Proficiency in Adobe Premier Pro and has experience using After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator (Da Vinci advantageous).

Experience owning the editing process to deliver assets to a polished level.

Highly organised, ensuring processes run smoothly and are delivered on time.

Ability to tell a story through video, understanding what the job of the content is and how it should make the viewer feel.

Has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in their work.

Ability to work well in an international setting with remote teams.
