Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London We are looking for a passionate and energetic Rooftop Waiter to join our dynamic team at Kaso.

As a Rooftop Waiter, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding guest experience, from taking orders to serving drinks and food, while ensuring that our guests have a memorable time.

Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met with a warm and friendly approach.

Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders, providing recommendations and upselling where appropriate.

Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Keep the rooftop area tidy and organised, setting up tables and clearing them efficiently while maintaining the bar's stylish presentation.

Stay up-to-date with the menu, daily specials, and cocktail offerings to answer any guest questions and enhance their experience.

Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly, resolving any issues to ensure a positive outcome.
